- No additional rights can be derived from samples, images, or models, unless it has been expressly agreed in writing that the delivered products will match the provided sample or model exactly.
Article 8 – Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service.
- After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
- If you still wish to cancel after the 12-hour window, you may wait for the package to arrive and then return it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 9 – Right to Return
- You can return your order within 30 days after delivery, in accordance to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories. You may open the product to inspect it, but must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.
- To start a return, please contact us within the 30-day return window.
- If you fail to notify us within the 30-day period or do not return the product within the required time, the purchase will be considered final.
Article 10 – Return Costs and Refunds
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we have received and approved your return.

Article 18 – Customer Liability
- If Lanuvo enters into an agreement with multiple customers, each customer is individually and jointly responsible for fully fulfilling all obligations arising from that agreement.
Article 19 – Liability of Lanuvo
- Lanuvo is only liable for direct damages suffered by the customer if such damages are the direct result of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Lanuvo.
- Liability is limited to damages directly related to the execution of the agreement.
- Lanuvo is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages to third parties.
- Images, photographs, colors, drawings, and descriptions on the website or in catalogues are for illustrative purposes only and shall not give rise to any claim for compensation, cancellation of the agreement, or suspension of obligations.
Article 20 – Termination of the Agreement
- The customer may terminate the agreement if Lanuvo fails to fulfill its obligations, unless such failure, given its specific nature or minor significance, does not reasonably justify termination.
- If Lanuvo is still able to meet its obligations, termination may only occur after the customer has provided written notice of default and allowed a reasonable period for compliance.
- Lanuvo reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the customer fails to fully or promptly meet their obligations under the agreement, or if Lanuvo has reasonable grounds to believe the customer will not fulfil these obligations.
Article 21 – Amendment of the Agreement
- If changes are required for the execution of an existing agreement, both the customer and Lanuvo may amend the agreement by mutual consent.
Article 22 – Amendment of Terms and Conditions
- Lanuvo may make changes to these terms and conditions.
- Minor amendments may be implemented without prior notice.
- Significant amendments will be communicated to customers in advance wherever possible.
- If a customer does not agree with significant amendments, they may terminate the related agreement.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, where NeoTrade Global Limited is registered. However, for customers located in the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of the United Kingdom will also apply.
Article 24 – Disputes
- We aim to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, where NeoTrade Global Limited is registered. However, for customers located in the United Kingdom, you may also bring claims before the competent courts of the United Kingdom, in line with mandatory consumer protection laws.
Article 25 – UK Tax and Payment Data Reporting
- Under UK tax regulations effective from 2024, digital platforms and payment service providers must collect and report certain transaction details to His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
- This requirement is intended to improve tax transparency and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
