We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from the date of order (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (GMT, London time). Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Possible Delays
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Missing Items
If any item from your order is missing upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and details. We will investigate and arrange to send the missing item at no extra cost or issue a refund for the missing item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lanuvo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
