Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. For your convenience, all shipments include a tracking code.
Shipping Destination
We currently only ship to customers in the United Kingdom.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days from the date of order (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (GMT, London time). Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Possible Delays
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery progress. You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page using your order details.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us promptly with your order details. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Missing Items
If any item from your order is missing upon delivery, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and details. We will investigate and arrange to send the missing item at no extra cost or issue a refund for the missing item.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lanuvo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order is shipped.
